Risk level estimation.
The hazardness is relative to the degree of health damage following an inhalation or of a damage level following an explosion. It is expressed in terms of consequences seriousness and of occurrence probability .
The type of nanomaterial, its shape (powder, liquid,…), the manipulated quantity and the duration to an atmosphere containing nanoparticles have an influence in the risk estimation.
