Output glovebox filter.
Safety glove compartment in case of break of gloves.
High Efficiency Particle Air (HEPA) filters purify the waste work gases (air, nitrogen, argon, etc.), retaining the nanoparticles before discharging outside the room via the ventilation.
The filters are also installed upstream of the vacuum pumps to avoid contaminating their oil, thus enabling a reduction in the amount of waste contaminated by nanomaterials, and optimization of the pumps' operating life. The HEPA filters are placed as close as possible to the sources generating nanoparticles in a dispersed state to limit the volume and number of pipes contaminated.
